Below is our detailed shipping policy, based on our fulfillment partnership with Printful.
Our shipping process is divided into two parts: Fulfillment Time + Shipping Time.
Fulfillment: It takes 2–5 business days to create your custom apparel.
Shipping: Shipping time begins after fulfillment is complete and depends on your location and the carrier used.
Once your order is fulfilled, please refer to the following estimates for delivery:

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of the items and the destination.
Live Rates: We use live carrier rates to ensure you get the most accurate and up-to-date pricing available at the time of purchase.
Multiple Items: If you order products from different categories (e.g., a hat and a t-shirt), they may ship in separate packages to ensure the fastest delivery.
As soon as your package is handed over to a carrier (such as USPS, DHL, FedEx, or DPD), you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your order’s progress in real-time.
We ship globally to most countries. However, please be aware that:
Customs Fees: International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes once the shipment reaches your country. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
Restrictions: Due to legal or carrier restrictions, we are currently unable to ship to certain regions (e.g., Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria).
To ensure successful delivery, please verify that your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.
If your order arrives damaged or if the tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact us at info@ixchelapparel.com within 10 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
